What is ISO?
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies from some 160 countries that works to ensure consistency and quality in companies around the world. Through standardization, ISO provides a foundation that when followed enables organizations to optimize their activities, and confidently and efficiently work with other companies around the globe.
In 2004, MGS became ISO certified in which we developed, and continue to develop and improve, a set of processes and procedures to enhance the quatliy of our services and solutions.
MGS utilizes custom templates for projects which include a project implementation schedule, project status report, work instructions, and check lists which are specific to each project.
During each project, all time is kept track through the project implementation schedule and updates are recorded in the project status reports on a time basis defined by the client or project. View less
